As a Loan Signing Agent (Notary Signing Agent), I’m here to support you on one of the most important days of your life—your real estate closing.
I’m a certified Texas Notary Public, trained to facilitate the signing of mortgage documents with accuracy and professionalism. My role is to ensure that all documents are properly signed, dated, and notarized, and then returned promptly to the lender, title company, or escrow officer—completing a critical step in the loan funding process.
I am certified through the National Notary Association (NNA), and my current Notary Commission is valid through July 19, 2029. I carry the required Texas notary bond, as well as $100,000 in Errors & Omissions insurance for your peace of mind.
Signing Agent Profile
$185 Single Loan Closing (includes 20 miles one way & printing of up to 250 pages of electronic documents).
$30 Per each additional 10 miles.
$25 Rush fee (Assignments within 2 hours of appointment)
$25 Printing fee for each 200 pages after first 250 pages.
$30 Additional related loan closing.
$50 Additional unrelated loan closing at same location.
$100 Non-closing/No show fee (this fee is due if notary arrives & borrower refuses to sign or does not arrive).
$65 Cancellation fee with 2 hours or less notice.
$45 Customer Late Arrival, more than 30 minutes.
$15 Extended Appointment Time (each additional 15-minute increment above the original 60 minutes.)
